Refund Policy

All payments for services are subject to this Refund Policy. Refunds may be issued in cases of billing errors, service cancellations made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions, or situations where services could not be completed due to circumstances within the Company’s control.

Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will generally not be issued for services already rendered, or for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup, except as required by law.

The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
