These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the provision of services by Alions Trucking Express (“the Company”). By accessing this website or engaging the Company’s services, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.​

Service Availability:

All services are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at its discretion.

 

Payment:

Payments for services are generally due upon completion of delivery. In limited circumstances, such as long-haul trips scheduled well in advance, pre-payment may be required on a case-by-case basis.

 

Cancellations:

Clients may cancel a scheduled pickup at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur fees or result in denial of refund.

 

Liability:

The Company limits liability for loss or damage to goods during transport to the extent permitted by law. The Company shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service provision, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

 

Amendments:

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any such amendments.
